Steve graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University receiving a BBA degree in Finance & Economics and has worked in the Capital, Lending and Investment Markets for over 25 years. After retirement from the financial markets, Steve established himself as an entrepreneur in small business as an owner operator. Using his own capital, skills learned and developed over time, he focuses his efforts on recession resistant industries. An outdoor enthusiast, Steve enjoys outdoor projects, working in the soil and seeing customers smile after their space has been transformed. Steve enjoys building and managing day to day operations while developing young talented individuals who have a desire to be a part of a dynamic and growing business. JD Baldridge

JD graduated from Texas State University and received a degree in Bachelor of Science – Agricultural Business with an emphasis in Horticulture. JD’s attention to detail has earned him respect from customers and colleagues alike. His knowledge and experience have been developed during his decade plus tenure working directly in the landscape industry for two larger, well-known and award-winning landscape firms. Today, JD directly oversees the day to day operations of the landscape maintenance, landscape design and installation, commercial landscape construction and outdoor living divisions. Working alongside each divisional manager JD and the team produce impressive projects for homeowners and commercial property owners alike.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Alabama and has worked in different capacities for a large Mortgage Lender and Home Builder company. Most notably he spent time at Taylor Morrison – Darling Homes as a Project Manager building new construction (homes) ranging in price from $650,000 – $1,000,000. Cody brings an enthusiastic and creative approach to our Outdoor Living Projects and exceptional customer service.

Dee McKnight

Dee’s interest in horticulture and gardening in general began when he was a child as he helped with his grandparent’s vegetable garden. He gained a passion for plant material and types of plants that provided aesthetically pleasing landscape, yet hardy enough to weather the North Texas climate.
Most recently Dee worked for Redenta’s Garden at their retail locations based in the Mid-Cities of the DFW Metroplex. Dee ran their Colleyville and Arlington stores where he taught classes on vegetable gardening, composting, butterfly gardening, native plants and general needs for the gardening in North Texas. Additionally, Dee designed all Redenta’s landscape installation with their commercial and residential customers. He has a unique ability to listen to a customer’s wants and desires and turn an aesthetically pleasing area into more than the customer expected or had originally envisioned.
Dee enjoys sharing his knowledge and interacting with customers to assist them in achieve their gardening goals along with designing landscape projects from small and simple to large and complex. He has an extensive knowledge of hardscape, water features, drainage, irrigation and of course plants and the correct process to plant them.
His passion for art, architecture and the marriage of the built and natural environment drives his design thoughts and artistic style.
Outside of work, you can find him with his family spending time in the outdoors, at a museum or watching an arsenal match at his local pub.

Diana earned a degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and has her CPA. She has over 20 years of experience working with small businesses before joining the Land Care team. As the accounting and human resources person, she strives to ensure accuracy which will extend to the client/customer for an overall positive experience.

At a young Age, Ross grew up maintaining and manicuring his parents’ lawn. Lawn maintenance and landscaping quickly developed into a small job maintaining nearby neighbors’ yards.
Post graduating high school, he studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. Upon returning to Texas, Ross has decided he wants to further his passion for creating / enhancing outdoor spaces by pursuing a career in the landscape and construction industry.
His extensive experience with various design software’s has resulted in an ability to provide an immersive experience for his clients to visualize their outdoor living spaces prior to landscape / construction.
Currently, Ross is working as an Associate within Land Care Management Services. As he is learning the business from the ground up, he is studying to earn his Pesticide Commercial Applicator License as well as his Landscape Irrigator License.
